The Free Intro Class
The Perfect Way to Get Started
Our Introduction to Woodworking Class is the perfect way to safely experience real woodworking and just how fun learning by doing can be. Hands-on right from the start, our students will learn the real tools, authentic techniques, and the creative process behind building with wood.
Guided by an experienced instructor, students will explore the shop, learn essential safety practices, and are introduced to the joy and challenge of shaping wood with a block plane, hand drill, and wood rasp. Best of all, they will complete and take home their first project: a simple yet effective tool that can be used in all future projects.

Levels & Class Packages
Our Core Program
After the Intro Class, our program is organized into three skill levels—Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced—with two 8-week packages offered at each level. Selecting from the available times, families choose the day and time that best fits their schedule, and students meet once a week at that same time for the full 8-week session. This consistent weekly structure helps students develop skills steadily while allowing families to balance schooling schedules and other activities.
Each 8-week package builds on the previous one, giving students time to practice, reflect, and grow through meaningful work. As students progress through the levels, they take on increasingly challenging projects while developing important character traits such as patience, perseverance, responsibility, and attention to detail. The steady rhythm of weekly work encourages students to take ownership of their progress, building not only woodworking ability but also confidence, resilience, and pride in their growing craftsmanship.

Interested in School Days Off and Summer Camps?
We've Got you Covered
We are currently finalizing the structure and curriculum for our single-day woodworking camps for teacher workdays, school breaks, and certain federal holidays, as well as Summer Workshop AM/PM sessions.
Both single day camps during the school year and summer workshops will have the same small class sizes and supportive instruction as our regular classes, and provide a safe and welcoming environment where students can stay active, creative, and productive during days off from school.

School Day Off?
We've Got you Covered
We also offer single-day woodworking camps on teacher workdays, school breaks, and certain federal holidays—times when many families are looking for meaningful, engaging activities for their kids. These camps give students the chance to spend a full day in the shop building a fun, practical project while learning authentic woodworking skills with real hand tools.
With the same small class sizes and supportive instruction as our regular classes, camp days provide a safe and welcoming environment where students can stay active, creative, and productive during days off from school. By the end of the day, students leave not only with a completed project but also with a sense of accomplishment and pride in the work they created with their own hands.
